Duties of the Bar Manager:
Purchase stock for bar and keep complete records in Bar Book.
To liase with the Trial Secretary for Trial requirements.
To keep "Freebies Book" up to date and balanced so Bar can be reimbursed.
To keep Bar area clean and remove empty cans to compound.
Give list of “freebies” to the Treasurer each month for reimbursement.
Defrost refrigerators on a regular basis.
Be available to serve behind the Bar or arrange replacement for Social functions and/or Trials.
To attend Committee Meetings (if on Committee).
To present written report to General Meetings.
